My payout was rejected (Account: 3061190). I’ve faced 4 different allegations, changing every time I provide proof. I have shared full cTrader history and screenshots for each claim, but instead of resolving the issue, new reasons keep coming.

For those trades, I placed SL within 6–8 seconds, and risk was within limits. The risk team only instructed to place SL on every trade, not that it must be at execution time.
