Canaan Dunham with a great finish at #NXN. Wanted to get out quick and led at the 1K. 3rd km dropped back a bit, but finished strong. Little short of the goal of top 21, but no regrets!!

Second straight season I was able to go out to Portland, Oregon to witness #NXN. I admit I could get used to this annual tradition.

FYI: Heartland Girls went 1st @WayzataGTFCC NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!!! And 6th @sfc_xc!!! Amazing. Can’t convince me our Girls wouldn’t have been top ten if invited 😎
