Another one of my favorite late 1st round guys is Tarris Reed Jr. He’s a monster on the boards and a great mover for his size at 6’11 263 with a 7’4 wingspan. He has taken a big leap every year which makes me optimistic going forward.

Tarris Reed Jr would be a unique outlook at a Power Forward-Big that fits the idea of the Taylor Jenkins/Offense that is also capable of pressuring and hunting blocks, deflections on defensive-end.

Through the pre-draft he also seemingly wants to show to teams his shooting stroke and combo-y improvements.

Tarris Reed would be at a baseline a great, more valuable system fit with rebounding, playmaking, defense over the Bobby Portis role with the ability to add hits and pieces of scoring offense besides being a paint/dunker talent.

^He gives you everything he isn’t in defense, rim-protection, “dunker”-work.
