Hey @FlyFrontier y'all really need a better amount of empathy when dealing with folks in chat. Story time: my childhood best friend died in early October of an overdose. His family is having a celebration of life this coming weekend in Las Vegas. (1/x)

Adding to this saga. Frontier has no option to make a phone call. The chat agent was again un-helpful and just told me there was nothing they could do other than charge me more money. Screenshot incoming from WhatsApp( that is how they handle the chat)
