@Iromg hahahhahahahhahahahhaha - what is a 'slap' if not 'violence'?...

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@DarrenG_Henry And Britain, sir, is proud of you. What a wonderful speech and how lucky we are to have such eloquent and passionate politicians.

@Wildwood_photos That's very impressive: I took (approximately) the same picture on my iPhone last week - and it was sh!t! Out of focus, small, terribly framed. Now I can't blame the kit 😂

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@JCaseNature The reality of what he's saying is that for him, it's not about the science, it's about who the GWCT's supporters are, which is a pathetic attitude to take. If I was still a member of the RSPB (which I'm not because their magazine is so incredibly patronising) I'd leave.

@herdyshepherd1 Bloody hell thats a turn of speed!

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@bugboybaker We have **finally** seen House Sparrows in our garden this spring (only taken 9 years!). Welcome friends.

@JANUSZCZAK I went on the BBC news page for the first time for ages yesterday. For a second I thought I’d navigated to the ‘Newsround’ page. BBC4 is the only reason to keep paying the licence fee. Sad times

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@JANUSZCZAK Oh seriously? It’s the only BBC I watch/listen to anymore.

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@thecoastguy ‘Science’ and ‘absolute truth’ seem to be one and the same now 😩

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@Wildwood_photos We stopped walking first thing in the morning as it was just so busy (relatively!). Went out at 9pm last night and it was very peaceful. Maybe not so good for bird watching though 😩

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@C0N0R0D Happy birthday Conor. Hope you had a fab day.

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@DevonNaturalist My favourite beetle. Cute

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@cathmci Simon’s been laid off (obvs) but it makes you realise the need to ration Netflix - there is nothing being filmed this summer: next year is going to be dreadful for tv!

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@Liam_M_Crowley @BIFoRUoB Wow that’s a fantastic way to spend three years. What an achievement

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@afneil Seriously? What kind of answer are you expecting? If you ask ridiculous questions you’ll get ridiculous answers.

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@RichardDawkins What an absolutely revolting post. Tell you what, let’s introduce an intelligence test to see if people are worthy of voting - come to think of it wouldn’t the country be better of those who failed the test were sterilised.... you should be ashamed.

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@Dr_Joe_Roberts I reckon it’ll depend on how much the spider needs to carry in those back pockets

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

Am I the first to coin the phrase Megxit?

[Susan Hammond @hammondsusan1]

@entomaggie @CostaCoffee Yeah I tend to avoid Costa - I just don't like their coffee :-(
