For a temporary fix you can add you outlook calendar to your Apple calendar than sync.

1. Open Settings
2.Tap Apps → Calendar
3.Tap Calendar Accounts
4.Tap Add Account
5.Choose https://t.co/dYszzmehUZ if it’s a personal Outlook/Hotmail/Live account, or Microsoft Exchange if it’s a work/school account
6.Sign in
7.Make sure Calendars is turned on for that account 

Then open the Calendar app, tap Calendars at the bottom, and make sure the Outlook calendar is checked. 

On Mac:

3.Pick https://t.co/dYszzmehUZ or Exchange
4.Sign in
5.Enable Calendars for that account in Internet Accounts settings if needed
