@ChrisPotter361 Pretty sure this happened to me. I am going on 18 month of deactivation. Cash and inventory held. with vague responses from a Kafkaesque corporate behemoth, aka amazon.
This 100% sounds like something that would happen inside Amazon. Comments say the largest seller he dealt with was $250m / month with printer ink. Not many platforms can drive that much revenue.
Makes sense why sellers would get the run around from seller support on appeals.
@Amazon It's unprofessional to deny legit sellers their funds! Despite submitting valid documents, my $65,000 is still held, and all I get are bot responses-not even from the U.S. team but from France! Is holding funds part of Amazon's business now?
I used to do $1M in sales annually, rotating $250K quarterly, but I've lost everything due to deactivation. I no longer want to sell on your platform just release my funds and have a real human review my case. Stop making life miserable for honest sellers!

I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding our account's deactivation. We were flagged for listings that were erroneously associated with our catalog and do not reflect the products we ever sell. @amznsellerhelp
After 5 months of continuous efforts, providing @amazon with all the documentation they needed, sharing confidential information about my suppliers, conversations, contact details, even bank transactions everything to prove my innocence that I’ve never sold inauthentic items and that all my suppliers are legit.
I even showed some confirmations from brands stating my suppliers buy directly from them whichever I could. I also did two video call verifications—one for inventory authenticity and the other for seller identity. Both went well, and I answered all their questions and provided every document they requested.
Yet, after submitting an appeal for funds disbursement, @amazon has decided not to release my money. This isn’t just a few hundred dollars—it’s $65,000. Who will help me? I need justice.
This is not fair. Review my documentation thoroughly. This is unacceptable.
I’m in a huge financial crisis. With all the evidence I’ve provided, it seemed impossible for Amazon not to release my funds. But something is very wrong here. Very wrong.
