“पैसाको मुनाफा खोज्ने सञ्चालकहरूबाट शिक्षाको गुणस्तर दिगो रूपमा सुध्रिँदैन । तपाईंले कहिले निजी विद्यालयहरूले पाठ्यक्रम भएन भनेर सडक आन्दोलन गरेको सुन्नुभएको छ ? तर मेरो स्कुलको पास प्रतिशत घट्छ भनेर परीक्षा दिँदा कमजोर विद्यार्थीलाई परीक्षा अघि रेस्टिगेट गरेको कुर�� कति सुन्नु भएको होल�� ।

फरक क्षमता भएका विद्यार्थीलाई हामी पढाउन सक्दैनौँ भनेर भर्ना नलिएको पनि सुन्नु भएको होला । अनिवार्य स्कुलमै आएर बिहानको खाना खानुपर्छ, पोशाक, किताब यतै किन्न पर्छ भन्ने अनि त्यसमा पनि मुनाफा खोजेको कति देख्नुभएको छ वा कति भोग्नु भएको छ ?”

निजामति ऐनमा cooling period – सत्य हो कि भ्रम हो? यो दुई विधेयक + प्रतिवेदनको तस्वीर हेर्नुस्। प्रतिवेदनमा (हाइलाइट गरेको) “नेपाल सरकारको पूर्वस्वीकृति नलिई” भन्ने शब्दहरू पनि हटाइएको छ। यो त double negative भएन र? यो के मुख्यसचिव र सचिवका लागि cooling period हटाइएको भन्न खोजिएको हो?

Prof. Pooran Chandra Pandey, Director of the Interdisciplinary Centre of Excellence on Climate Change, Green Transition & Sustainability, joined the discussions.
Dr. Karki proposed launching a Center for Medical Studies in Nepal in partnership with SAU.

She wrapped up her visit with an inspiring meet-and-greet with Nepali research scholars at SAU.

This collaboration marks a significant step toward strengthening Nepal-India ties in higher education and research.
