@MatthewW_eacc@SapientToasters@RandomSprint If you live in LA that is quite literally the worst of all the above. No quiet, no car free convenience, no escape from homeless in any half central area. The LA metro also sucks, the place is overrun with addicts.
I would hate that too.

NYC crime rate did drop by closer to 10X than 5X, not sure where you are getting that number.
