Zaman sekarang, majoriti orang follow je 100% cadangan Google/Waze. Sebab percaya itu jalan yang terbaik. Dah tak payah berfikir.
Rupanya-rupanya, itu bukan laluan terbaik mereka. Mungkin akan datang, Google offer siapa yang taknak lalu depan rumah mereka, subscription bayar RM60k setahun? Siapa tahu.
Itulah satu cara tech company manipulate cara hidup kita sekarang.
Tapi ia adalah one-way transfer.
Kena jumlahkan semua simpanan Maybank, Public Bank, Akaun 3 KWSP dll sekali ketika kiraan zakat.
Kalau lebih Nisab, kena keluarkan zakat 2.5%.
Begitulah.
She was born the seventh of nine children in Kuantan.
Her father was a public servant who got transferred all over the country, so she grew up moving between small towns.
Her mother never finished school. But her mother worked harder than anyone she knew, and believed education was everything.
That belief sent Swee Lay Thein to medical school at Universiti Malaya. She graduated in 1975.
Then she moved to the UK and spent the next 20 years chasing one stubborn question. Why do some patients with blood disorders suffer terribly, needing transfusions their whole lives, while others barely feel sick?
The answer was hidden in a gene. Babies are born producing a special kind of hemoglobin that protects them. Then the body flips a switch and stops making it.
Swee Lay wanted to know what controlled that switch. If you could keep it on, you could save millions of lives.
It took her decades. She travelled across the UK collecting blood samples from families. She flew to Malawi to study a single family with 270 members across seven generations. She hit dead ends. She kept going.
In 2007, she and her team found the gene. They called it BCL11A.
That discovery led to Casgevy, the first FDA-approved CRISPR therapy for sickle cell disease and beta-thalassemia. A real cure. Already changing real lives around the world.
Last month, Dr Swee Lay Thein stood on a stage in Los Angeles and accepted the Breakthrough Prize, often called the Oscars of Science.
She is the first Malaysian-born scientist to ever win it.
In her speech she said, "As a child hanging out with my older brothers, playing on old railway tracks in Malaysia, I never imagined being here today."
She dedicated the moment to her mother. The woman who never finished school.
A girl from Kuantan. A mum who believed in education even though she never got one herself. A daughter whose work is now saving lives around the world.
That is a Malaysian story.
Tahniah, Dr Swee Lay Thein. We see you. We are proud. 🇲🇾

Not everything online is meant to be your benchmark.
It’s easy to feel behind when everyone is posting their wins. But you’re only seeing highlights, not their full story.
Comparison steals the joy from moments that once felt enough.
So live gently.

Dr Imelda ni memang best 🤣
I dulu pun masa nak kahwin umur 24, ada org cakap, enjoy la dulu. I umur you beli jam harga RM14k

a friend shared this Dua to me for Laylatul Qadr and i also want to share with y’all
Ya Allah... I come to You tonight with a heart that is not perfect, with a record that is not clean, with a soul that has wandered too many times. I have disappointed You more than I can count yet you still allow me to reach this night
Do not let me leave it the same. Wash me completely not just from sin, but from the love of sin.
Ya Allah... there are parts of me I don't show anyone. The doubts. The insecurities. The fears about my future. The guilt about my past. You see it all. If I am breaking inside, mend me. If I am lost, guide me. If I am weak, strengthen me. I have no refuge except You.
Ya Allah... if I have grown distant from You, pull me back gently. If my heart has hardened, soften it with Your remembrance. If I have chosen dunya over You too many times, forgive me and realign my priorities. Do not let this world become bigger in my heart than my akhirah.
Ya Allah... forgive me for every prayer I rushed, every blessing I took for granted, every sin I justified, every moment I chose disobedience over gratitude. I am ashamed of my shortcomings, but I am hopeful in Your mercy. You are greater than my worst mistakes.
Ya Allah... if You know that my heart will not survive another year in the same state, then transform me tonight.
Remove from me what is pulling me away from You even if it hurts. Replace it with what will bring me closer to Jannah.
Ya Allah... grant my parents forgiveness that reaches the heavens, health that eases their bodies, and light that fills their graves when they return to You. Make me a source of ongoing reward for them, not a source of regret.
Ya Allah... protect me from a death that comes suddenly while I am heedless. Let my final moments be filled with remembrance, with sincerity, with Your pleasure. Let my last breath carry Your name.
Ya Allah... if tonight is Laylatul Qadr, then write me among those forgiven. Among those freed from the Fire. Among those whose destinies were changed because they cried to You sincerely. Let angels witness my tears and carry my du'as to the heavens.
Ya Allah... I am asking You for Jannah. Not because I deserve it, but because You are Al-Kareem. Save me from the Hellfire, even if my deeds are small. Let Your mercy be greater than my failures.
Ya Allah… when this night ends let me wake up as someone different. Cleaner. Softer. Closer to You. Do not let this be just another Ramadan night I wasted. Let it be the night that changed my eternity.
Ya Allah… if this is the night You descend with mercy, then do not pass me by. Do not let my name be written among the heedless. I am standing at Your door with nothing but hope.
My deeds are small. My sins are many. But my trust in You is greater than all of it. If You forgive me tonight, no one can question it. If You accept me tonight, no one can reject me.
So Ya Allah... look at me with mercy. Look at me with forgiveness. Look at me as a servant who is desperate for You and do not let me leave this night empty.

🧬 B6 – B9 – B12: The Metabolic Triangle
These three B-vitamins don’t work in isolation.
They function as a connected metabolic system — especially for nerves, blood formation, and homocysteine balance.
🔹 Vitamin B6
Manages function & signals
→ Neurotransmitters, protein metabolism, stress response
🔹 Vitamin B9 (Folate)
Builds structure & cells
→ DNA synthesis, cell division, red blood cell formation
🔹 Vitamin B12
Protects wiring & activation
→ Myelin, nerve integrity, folate activation
🧠 When symptoms speak, listen carefully
• Tingling, numbness, burning feet, balance issues
👉 Think Vitamin B12
• Anxiety, irritability, poor sleep, muscle cramps
👉 Think Vitamin B6
• Fatigue, breathlessness, pale skin, low stamina
👉 Think Vitamin B9 (Folate)
⚠️ These symptoms often overlap.
Correcting one vitamin while ignoring the others can delay real healing.
🔁 A key hidden link:
Homocysteine
B6, B9, and B12 work together to keep homocysteine in check —
a metabolic marker linked to nerve health, heart health, brain function, and pregnancy outcomes.
⚠️ Important clinical insight
Folic acid alone may correct anemia on reports,
but neurological damage can silently progress if B12 is deficient.
✨ Final Takeaway
Tingling isn’t just “nerve weakness.”
Anxiety isn’t always psychological.
Anemia isn’t always iron.
🧬 Sometimes, it’s the B-vitamin triangle asking for balance.
B6 manages function
B9 builds structure
B12 protects the wiring
Break one link — and the whole system suffers.
🧂 Not all salt is the same.
Some hydrate.
Some support electrolytes.
Some are for taste — not health.
Sea salt ≠ iodized ≠ Himalayan ≠ lite salt.
Choose based on your needs, not hype.
Salt isn’t the enemy.
Imbalance is.
Aku nak kongsi tips pilih kasut berjalan/sukan selepas survey tentang fit kasut hampir sebulan.
High arch - Sesuai pakai kasut banyak cushioning. Nak support kaki ketika jalan.
Flat arch - Kena cari kasut ada stability.
2. PRONATION.
Bukan high cushioning macam ON.
3. LEBAR KAKI.
Haaa inilah sebab ramai tak sesuai pakai brand terkenal macam Nike, Adidas, Dr. Martens, Converse, Onitsuka Tiger dll.
Pijak atas insole kasut tu.
Contoh:
Asics Gel-Kayano 32 (stability) - Antara kasut best yang aku guna.
Kalau korang saiz US10. Dia ada range saiz untuk lebar kaki - B (narrow), D (normal), 2E (wide), 4E (extra wide).
Jadi walaupun pakai model sama, tapi kasut tu ada banyak jenis kelebaran. Berbanding Nike Adidas yang amik pendekatan majoriti fit all.
Sebab dah panjang sangat tulisan ni, ada masa aku share model-model yang aku survey dan kelaskan ketika survey haritu (kalau rajin).
Aku buat macam ni:
On CloudSurfer - Type cushion banyak, Normal-High Arch, Pronation normal/mild supinated, Wide normal (takde versi wide). Tak sesuai overpronated/supinated.
Hoka Arahi 7 - Type Stability. Flat Arch. Pronation - Overpronated. Ada wide version (2E, 4E)
New Balance 1080v14 - Type Stability. Arch Normal-High. Pronation - Neutral. Ada wide version.
Adidas Adizero Evo SL - Performance shoes. Arch Normal. Pronation - Neutral. Takde version 2E, 4E tapi cukup wide bagi majoriti.
Wallahua'lam.

Top foods rich in DHA for brain and body health
This chart highlights the best dietary sources of DHA, an omega-3 fat that supports brain performance, eye function, hormone balance, and mitochondrial energy. Here’s how to get the most benefit from each category:
1️⃣ Top marine sources
Atlantic mackerel, salmon, and herring deliver over 1,000 mg DHA per serving and also supply vitamin D and selenium for antioxidant protection.
🟢 Tip: Choose wild-caught over farmed fish for 2–3x higher DHA and fewer contaminants. Bake or grill rather than fry to preserve omega-3s.
2️⃣ Smaller fish, bigger benefit
Sardines and anchovies pack nearly the same DHA as larger fish but with lower mercury levels and higher calcium from edible bones.
🟢 Tip: Buy sardines in olive oil, which boosts DHA absorption, or mash anchovies into sauces or salad dressings for an easy omega-3 upgrade.
3️⃣ Shellfish and seafood variety
Caviar, trout, mussels, and octopus provide 400–1,000 mg DHA while adding key nutrients like taurine, zinc, and iron.
🟢 Tip: Try steamed mussels or grilled octopus for a nutrient-dense meal that supports brain and cardiovascular function.
4️⃣ Everyday alternatives
Eggs, shrimp, and grass-fed lamb contain smaller amounts of DHA (20–150 mg) but still contribute to daily intake, especially when combined with other sources.
🟢 Tip: Look for DHA-enriched eggs or include wild shrimp in quick stir-fries for a convenient, low-calorie source.
5️⃣ Supplemental options
Cod liver oil offers 400–600 mg DHA per teaspoon plus vitamins A and D for immune and skin health.
🟢 Tip: Choose purified cod liver oil and store it refrigerated to protect the fragile omega-3 fats from oxidation.
Even modest weekly intake of high-DHA foods can improve focus, mood, and long-term brain health—making omega-3s one of the most reliable dietary investments for cellular resilience.
Your spine isn’t just a backbone, it’s your body’s "wiring harness."
Your spine isn’t just a stack of bones.
It’s the main cable connecting your brain to every organ, muscle, and sensation in your body.
Each level of your spine sends out branches (spinal nerves) that control specific regions.
That means:
• A nerve in your neck can affect your shoulders, arms, or even your diaphragm.
• A nerve in your mid-back can influence digestion.
• A nerve in your lower back can change how your legs feel or move.
• Pelvic nerves can affect bladder, reproductive organs, and bowel function.
Here’s why this matters:
🔹 Poor posture compresses nerves → headaches, tingling, tightness
🔹 Weak core or glutes shift spinal load → lower-back pain, hip issues
🔹 Stress changes muscle tone → tightening around the spine, altered nerve signals
🔹 Sedentary habits reduce blood flow to spinal tissues → stiffness, inflammation
🔹 Injuries can irritate nerve roots → pain that radiates far from the spine
When a nerve is irritated, the organ or muscle it serves can’t communicate as well with the brain.
That doesn’t mean one vertebra controls your entire life—but it does mean the quality of your nerve signaling affects how well your body functions.
Your nervous system really does control everything you do -
movement, breathing, digestion, heartbeat, hormones, reflexes, pain, emotion.
Protecting your spine means protecting every system that depends on it.
If you’ve ever felt pain in one place but the issue was somewhere else
