検察の前代未聞の不祥事です

検察審査員はクジで選ばれた一般市民。
その11名で検察審査会を行いますが、その判断が加害者や被害者から逆恨みされる恐れもあるので、個人情報の秘匿は制度の大原則とされています。

それを11名分全員の名前を議決書から消さずに、検察審に審査申立をした本人に送ったとのこと！！
そしてその方は、検察審の議決に不服として11名を刑事告訴したとのこと！

そこで初めて個人情報の漏洩が発覚したと…検察、ザルすぎる…

　検察審査会法は、「検察審査員」が評議の秘密や、職務上知り得た秘密を漏らした時は6月以下の拘禁刑または50万円以下の罰金を科すと定めています。
クジで選ばれた検察審査員には情報漏洩の罰則があります。
が！！！審査員の個人情報の流出を想定した検察には罰則規定がありません！！想定外だから！！

そしてこの問題、検察は積極的な対応を取っていないそうです。
名前の記載された資料も回収していないし、問題の公表もしていない。
何から何まで酷い。
