Extremely disappointed with @grenadeofficial @GrenadeCEO customer service as a regular customer, ordered my usual #carbkillas over a week ago, no delivery and when I chased no response to my email.

@JLcustserv and when I ask to speak to a manager I get told there is only one in, and is not available to talk to me. You are telling me there is only one CS Manager in on a Saturday? Totally dissapointed - no wonder your sales are down.

@JLcustserv extremely disappointed in JL Delivery team, given a slot waited within the time and when I rang to find out where it was, to be told they had tried to deliver it and no one was in, when I was In all the time, no one had even attempted to deliver my product!!!
