— Voted to place additional restrictions on abortions after 22 weeks

— Voted to allow concealed carry on government properties (including college campuses)

— Voted allow Kansans to own automatic firearms and silencers

— Voted against raising sales taxes

— Supported extending the Bush tax cuts

— Supported the Patriot Act

— Opposed cap-and-trade

— Called for a crackdown on businesses that hired undocumented immigrants

— Demanded that politicians “oppose amnesty”

— Said “We must with both military and intelligence assets to bring order to the chaos that is happening on our southern border right now”

— Voted to stop undocumented immigrants from getting drivers’ licenses

— He voted to make English the official language of Kansas

He is running on a platform of divesting from Israel bonds and from Palantir, but the Judge Street Journal reported that:

“As he railed against Israeli bonds at the end of 2025, the Kansas native was quietly invested in two companies that have armed Israel throughout its destruction of Gaza—to the tune of at least $250,000, according to a copy of his personal financial disclosure obtained by the Judge Street Journal. And despite his public disdain for Palantir investments, Goyle had at least half a million dollars in an index fund with Palantir holdings last year.”

Instead of acknowledging that he has evolved on these issues over time, he flat out refuses that he ever held these views or took these votes or said these things.

I simply cannot trust someone like that to control New York’s massive public pension fund and sweeping audit powers.
