You're a multimillion pound company, why cant you employe proper IT staff rather than wasting money on useless contractors?

Even your payment page is buggy, as if you didnt want clients to pay...

Unfortunately, it's the same with many local authorities in the UK. It seems that the companies used to provide IT services are just money hungry and dont provide the service WE PAY FOR with out tax money.
