@Yrrepmot Also some employers offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) that give you access to a free counselor to talk to. I hope you can get the support you need 🫂

@Yrrepmot You should look into speaking with a therapist or counselor. These hotline numbers are reeeally only trained to help when youre about to commit. Even then, there isnt much training or care. A therapist would listen AND help you cope.
