.@RoyalMail You really need to sort issues with delayed post in Bexleyheath area it's unacceptable! waiting more than a week for post and then getting other peoples mail as well. I have complained but being ignored. It's been going on for months.

Hi @Se_Railway Is there an explanation as to why the 17.33 Dartford via Bexleyheath train departing from London Victoria Station is only 4 carriages long? As you can imagine it's peak time and It's rammed.

[Thread] those with issues with LibGuides. They went down for us recently found you can still access via the widget link thanks to colleague William Henderson! can make shorter version of the link by using https://t.co/9YW1GAyFns then add the guide ID number #LibGuides

Hi @springshare any news on when you are going to fix LibGuides that is currently down in the UK? Lots of us getting anxious as we need them for our Library teaching sessions, being the start of term.

@Argos_Online @ArgosHelpers I've tried that and they didn't get back to me. So I rang, now been given a reference number and told they will get back to me within 48 hours, and had the audacity to then say please put a smile on your face! Won't be buying from Argos again, so poor!

@AskeBay Yes please we need further help as he's still trying to get his money back. It should be the seller sorting this. He's given correspondence from Royal and ebay are still asking for more evidence. They should have refunded by now.

Hi @eBay_UK So much for 'buyer protection'! You have really stressed my partner, because you won't step in where a parcel as been delivered to the wrong house by Royal Mail, and the seller refuses to investigate and give a refund. Asking for a headed letter from RM what! 😡

@AskeBay He's had confirmation from Royal Mail that it was delivered to the wrong address on here, and sent the screen shot but it's not being accepted by customer service.

@AskeBay He's already requested help from ebay and it's now been 2 weeks, he's had to contact Royal mail when it should be the seller investigating and they've washed their hands of it!

@DiabeticDadUK Yes thanks to menopause with unpredictable fluctuating hormone levels, and insulin resistance when they drop. Going from high to low and massive gap in research and knowledge in the healthcare setting to support this!

Hi @Se_Railway Was at Victoria waiting for 17.33 Dartford via Bexleyheath train. It arrived at 17.30. Expecting people to alight and join the 8 carriages in less than 3 minutes before it leaves is not cool! Plus this train has been continually late, maybe put it back to 17.37

Hi @EndNoteNews Just looking at the range of term lists one can download for EndNote. Why isn't there one for engineering journals? The students keep asking about it. It is a pretty major topic.
