Thank You Paavo for the great time. No agenda,no expectations, just trying to understand what is important in life and hope to meet more frequently with our many common friends (maybe to do some work and definitely enjoy the ☀️).

As a leader: Should you empower your people and get out of their way, or take charge and push them to do great work?
Lindy Greer, @work_matters and I believe that the answer is to do BOTH. That's the most effective way to lead.

@PaavoRitala Good luck and hopefully no new editors appear. Imagine a double-blind editor system where new editors are called in to provide insights and the authors do not know why an editor’s view has changed
