for years now we've been deluged with opinion pieces & full-length books about how young men are so sad/isolated/afraid to approach girls & women/oppressed by feminists & #MeToo/victims of a cruel anti-male culture ad nauseam; yet, as we see here, these entitled young men at Cornell had not the slightest hesitation or the mildest anxiety about committing a group rape of an intoxicated young woman, a classmate of theirs.
please spare us any more of those pathetic opinion & books pieces about sad young men pining away in loneliness & fear of girls & women.
& especially, please spare us blaming girls & women for their being so sad & oppressed.
Today is a good day to remember, last year LA City Council approved the mayor’s budget to cut $23 million from the LA Fire Dept
as well as cuts to many other departments,
so they could give the LAPD a $138 million increase even though crime has decreased and there’s fewer cops.
