@McDonaldsUK is it ok to let a customer place an order, sit at a table for table service, make them wait 20 minutes whilst they watch you serve 10+ people, make them go up to the counter to ask where their food is for you to grumble at them and then give them the wrong cold food?

1. Items marked up in store as star products - turns out they’re not?
2. The rewards are near non existent now?
3. Staff are rude
4. Prices not marked correctly
