@easyJet my mum flew back with you to @Gatwick_Airport 18/09/22 was told there were no baggage handlers so her suitcase would be delivered in 2/3 days. 4 weeks later after emailing/speaking on chat/calling numerous ‘lost baggage’ lines she’s still not heard anything.

@WeSellTek sent off my phone to you in January as the battery was so poor. It was sent back to me with a ‘brand new Apple battery’ I encountered more problems so I took it to a phone shop - this was the damage. A non apple Battery corroding away
