@AvisUK incredibly disappointed to be told by your customer services that London City Airport car hire open til 8pm, only to find it closed at 6.45pm. Impossible to speak to anyone on the phone or online. Now having to pay for another hire car as we need to travel this evening.

@TLRailUK trying to get from Crofton Park to Luton Airport this morning, told to get rail replacement bus to Herne Hill. No info about where to get bus from, no staff at station, waited 20 mins but no bus, had to get £18 taxi! Can you explain why, and refund me?

@TLRailUK Thanks Nat, that’s good to know. But doesn’t change the fact that there was no info at the station or online. A lot of buses go along that street and I didn’t see any rail replacement. Still had to spend £18 on a taxi to make sure got to 🛫on time. anything you can do about that?
