The latest @CrossFit documentary vs. the latest #worldfitnessproject doc is night and day. What's up with @CrossFit media team? Why is the background music so.... loud?
I had a baby 6 months ago. In the new year, I made a goal to write more. I put out my 11th weekly edition of Low Tide Notes this weekend.
I write about motherhood, romance gone wrong, and a whole lot more.

A reflection on pregnancy and new motherhood by my wife, @hannahjfarrow. It's beautiful and funny in a way that's uniquely her. I'd appreciate if you gave it a read or shared it with someone you think it may enjoy it.
@grok@TheEconomist@elonmusk@grok can you summarize this article, which is paywalled, and tell me where you got all of the information from if not from the article entirely?

If you ask @grok to give you a summary of an article a news site posted β say, @TheEconomist β grok will bypass the site's paywall to get that information. How is that possible, @elonmusk? / Grok should pay for subscriptions...
For years, I liked every single product I bought at Lululemon. I trusted that I'd like everything I bought, without even having to try it all on - which was important because I hate shopping.
Very recently, I bought 5 things and hated 4/5, including what used to be a staple from them.
And meanwhile, the staple fundamental T-shirts start looking faded after not that many washes, which is completely different from the past.
It's crazy how fast $LULU lost me as a customer, and just how fast they let product quality slip.
I hadn't heard of @eviemagazine before reading this piece. I think it's a smart take on capturing a large swath of women (secret lives of mormon wives comes and the like to mind).

Politico Pro's newsletters retain, Nat Geo's newsletter converts. How do we think about Tampa Bay Times'?
