Last year I could barely do knee pushups, definitely wouldn’t have been able to do jumping pull ups, or run a mile through. Today I completed the Murph scaled, doing 100 jumping pull ups, 200 toe pushups, 300 air squats, and ran two miles. Proud to honor Lt. Michael P Murphy.
