Well yesterday saw my last day as the OT for #HomeFirst #Pathway3 and of course there were some happy tears released with the end of an era! It's been a blast with the best team and memories made to cherish....bye for now my wonderful team! @abihobbsphysio

For anyone with an interest in paediatric occupational therapy, I thoroughly recommend watching: island medics - series 2, episode 3 on BBC iPlayer. It's amazing what can be done even for the youngest of people right through to the eldest. #promotingindependance
