A pre-registration course in NI and/or adequate tuition fee funding would also significantly help!

A new support group for people with aphasia, a language disorder which affects our ability to communicate, launches in Bournemouth.

Our community speech and language therapy service has joined forces with @SayAphasia, to launch the drop-in group in Westbourne on Monday (24 July)

This from @UKLabour is a welcome idea, but we are concerned about unintended consequences. 8% of children stammer at some point and many are amazing communicators. Using fluency as a measure of good communication skills could fail all those children.
