@SkyHelpTeam why does my sky stream puck keep turning itself off when we’re watching it? Done it again today and it won’t come back on - just stuck on this page for ages
@ASOS_UK how do I sort this pro rata refund? I’ve clicked the link and your web chat bot is terrible and I can’t seem to get anywhere. I don’t want premier if I’m going to get charged for returns as your sizing is terrible and I never know if anything’s going to fit.
@SkyHelpTeam why is sky sports+ so crap? It freezes and then catches up by playing it back at quadruple speed … maybe stop bragging about it on every advert, it’s almost unwatchable 🙄
@SkyHelpTeam is there a reason I can’t click on items in the sky VIP section such as giveaways or exclusive events? Nothing happens when I click on them, but other items open such as mobile offers?
@RoyalMailHelp I sent a parcel on Fri 2nd Dec and the tracking says it’s still at the post office I sent it from … I know there’s strikes on but shouldn’t it have at least moved by now?

@HelpAtGeorge I returned two cushions last Wednesday to store and got this email - had nothing since and no refund in my account. Shouldn’t I have at least had confirmation of what I’ve returned/the amount and that it’s at least been processed?

@CPWTweets you called my husband & switched him to Vodafone, promised no loss of service as sim would arrive next day. Now on day 3 of no new sim and O2 have cut him off ... just been told could be 2/3 more days before sim is delivered. How can that be the case? #missold
Just had an email saying I need to pay the remainder of the deposit ASAP either online or on the phone. I’m unable to do either, website says call up and phone says unable to process and hangs up, so someone needs to contact me ASAP to take my payment please!
@cottagescom booked yesterday & used remainder of my evoucher towards the deposit - didn’t ask for any further payment and said it was complete. I’ve tried to log on & see when balance is due & how much and it says call to pay. When I called it the said it can’t help me ... help!
@Homebase_uk Are you just ignoring customers now then? It’s okay advertising your store openings but might be a good idea to actually reply to customers and provide refunds where you aren’t able to deliver ... #ridiculous
@Homebase_help ordered some garden furniture which was due to be delivered 15/4 - delivery men sent it back as the parcel was so badly damaged - heard nothing from you since despite emailing. Can you please confirm whether you’re sending another out, or refunding the order?
