Friday PM, we decided to build two new products for COVID-19: video consultations and pre-appointment screening. Last night we shipped. This AM we tested. 3pm today, we enabled for 3600 practices - over half the country. Privileged to work with such a talented and motivated team!

Aviation is often scrutinized for CO2 emissions, but there are many other industries (such as fashion) which doesn't have enough data published on its environmental impact. How can we know how much an industry contributes to climate change in order to make smarter decisions?

Shared parental leave is so confusing. I still don't properly understand how it works. There are lots of weird incentives, for example a couple will be financially worse off if the father takes SPL in the first 6 weeks after birth.
