@MarkShust The queues and exchanges are created in a recurring setup script, that will be triggered in every setup:upgrade (or setup:db-schema:upgrade, db-data:upgrade, if I’m not wrong).
It’s worth studying Magento sync and async message publishing. They are not documented in Magento doc.
@PatrikPastor2 @xtremepentest The desktop environment and package management to me. It should be fast, less resource consuming, easy to install packages. Thats why I am stick with Debian distros
