#BombayHC directs #Maharashtra govt to pay one lakh to an RTI activist to cover the cost he incurred in exposing a scam within the state RTO.

Maha govt comes back to HC saying "take back your order. State is facing cash crunch. This one lakh is a major burden on exchequer."

Friends, prepare your clients to pay 4 GSTR1 penalty @ 200 per day per month/qtr as a New Year GST Bonanza. Dealers with monthly filing r likely to hurt badly. Even if Revenue Ministry extend dates, its of no use. Again they've shown no mercy, inspite of the faulty n slow portal.
