@taylorswift13 shouldn’t b spared from the anger honestly. She knows how enormous her fanbase is & she has robust teams that should’ve coordinated w Ticketmaster & SeatGeek much better. Why didn’t they stagger sales? Why didn’t she leverage her status for her fans? #Ticketmaster

@Variety No, Ticketmaster is to blame for not being prepared, not Swifties. Ticketmaster knew how many people to expect (they sent out the presale codes) and yet were not remotely ready to handle this amount of traffic. Access times should have been staggered.
