@BCPCouncil PLEASE remove the temporary traffic lights from directly outside of Avonbourne Academy. No work has even been done for the last four days yet they are still there! It is causing chaos during what is an already stressful times for the pupils taking their GCSE exams!

@easyJet disgraceful! Flew to @GenevaAirport from @Gatwick_Airport yesterday afternoon…waited over five hours for our luggage which never appeared. Three exhausted kids. We had to travel to our hotel without anything and still can’t get hold of anyone to help us! Awful!!

Geneva airport baggage hall deserted. No staff of any description in arrivals or departures. With a whole flight from Birmingham still waiting for their luggage and no information. @easyJet you should be ashamed of your customer service.
