I can now share that I'm changing roles and moving over to serve as VP of Secondary Alternative Schools -East. I am very excited for this new adventure! I am also grateful for the last 5 years at my current school- it will always be in my heart as a profoundly beautiful place.

One of our students brought in a "Ramadan Mubarak" banner from home. I was adjusting it in the hall today and another student stopped and her eyes lit up. She pointed to the banner, then to herself, and said, "Me too!" This joy and belonging made my day ☺️
LOCATED - Kit has been located and is currently safe - thank you to Toronto Police Services and the thousands of people who shared this post to help identify leads in finding them.
This Canadian is incredibly hilarious AND he does not use verbal speech. He uses Text-to-Speech #assistivetech to do stand up #comedy! He’s finalist on #AGT and a fantastic example of why we should #presumecompetence and not let #diagnosis define limits! https://t.co/A6LxqQwrOC
