i also still can’t believe after all the announcements we still haven’t gotten a definite answer about whether shazam, the flash, or aquaman are going to stay canon or be rebooted… reboot them all, no one cares abt them anymore

i will say i actually like james gunn’s vision of viewing the dc universe through the lense of “gods and monsters” in a mythology sort of way, but some of these projects and characters are so obscure i don’t ever see them being big successes

i was prepared and ready for this episode to really pull me in and have me feeling all of these emotions and tell a tragic romance, and i’m really bummed that i didn’t love it as much as everyone else has!

tlou episode 3 is objectively written, directed, and acted so so well. which is why i’m kind of surprised that it didn’t emotionally pull me in very much… i was more moved at sarah’s death than i was at any point in this episode which is so weird. i can’t put my finger on why

i think only around 45ish minutes is actually spent on bill and frank from their meeting to their deaths, and i don’t think that was enough time to flesh out a relationship that spans over SO many years. to me, it felt like we got from point A to point B way too quickly

i will eat up anything and everything Arkane puts out, but god i hate the idea of forcing multiplayer, games as service, battle pass-y types of aspects into their games. single player games are some of the bestselling in the industry, why are studios so afraid of them these days?
