@IntuitMachine This is so vital. I hear about employees who spend their credits for the month with a few days to go. My idea is to split tasks as production code, important analysis but not production and random experiments. And use high, medium and low cost models respectively.

The above can be treated as building blocks. Sota, afaik, would be orchestration experts like #hermes agent or recursive task decomposition framework like #deepagent by langchain. Will report back when I get a better sense of these frameworks.

In the #LLM era, last few years saw us move from Pre training, finetuning, RLHF to few-shot, ReAct, RAG etc. I now think, all of us (except folks in frontier labs), would be directly or indirectly working on “harness engineering” for next few years.

The experience was marred by terrible showrunning though. It felt like some televised awards show, with disastrous anchoring, guests from the cine field caught unawares invited to stage to talk about the man, and zero information about the show flow.
