We sent it in to get repaired - it came back scratched up and scuffed to hell and now it can’t even get back into The base. Hope y’all can make it right.
@NarwalRobotics Got a response from the Customer Support team asking to send it back into the same place that returned it in worse condition. It’s essentially nonfunctional now.
@Lexus today our car spazzed out and died with three young children in the car and the doors would not open. Thankfully our trunk was open and we were able to manual release the front door. But this was a very dangerous situation. 3 hours later and Lexus is sending a tow truck.
@DeltaDentalins you guys just sent a mass email out to all of our patients saying that we are out of network when we aren’t even due for credentialing for a couple months.
All I have to say is what the heck is your problem.
@VivaAerobus I’ve been trying to rebook my flight after a last minute change that you guys made and the customer service # keeps hanging up or failing on me.
