@BasedMikeLee Where did these numbers come from? The opinions of an urban person verses a suburban person would have vastly different results. San Francisco and Denver might be one set of data and the same questions asked in Columbus or Des Moines. Which one to use?
@BasedMikeLee And every radio station in the country can produce stats that proudly proclaims they are number 1 in whatever market they serve. Its digging into those numbers that seperates the headline from the reality. This is no different.
@RyanErikKing I worked in TV for 12 years doing IRL, CART and INDYCAR. No matter what is happening on the track, good or bad…. NEVER NEVER EVER miss the checkered flag….
@RealJamesWoods James, you are so profound. I never thought about it in this way but your’e exactly correct. We are meant to be together. It’s one of life’s mysteries Sir..
He can help from up high but the issues will be with local rules and municipal decisions. Since most were more than 50% destroyed, they are no longer grandfathered and the new rules will apply. Setbacks visual impairment it’s all on the table for each and every one. What nightmare
I was blessed to be able to work with TV through a lot of this (you and I have a lot of friends together) and I have never seen such professional team work in ANY sport EVER. Roger Penske and his teams are the best there is in most every aspect of absolutely everything. (1995 excepted but that was an engineering experiment)
@elonmusk Yep the rule of 50% destroyed-will remove the grandfather clause and you can’t build back what you already had because the existing regs won’t allow for it. This will be the story moving forward.
The land is encumbered with deeds of trust and insurance settlements and new rules of development and setbacks and floor area percentages etc and will be tied up for years. Just because you lived there doesn’t mean you can build it back the same. The shit is about to hit the fan but it’ll take a few months…
