@Malocs_Keebs @repTiLia_uh I’ve gone through support a couple times and they’ve been great. I had adhesive leaks and Mylar pad issues on both my sl12s and just fixed them myself since it was really easy to do so

@repTiLia_uh @Malocs_Keebs Definitely is on yt probably. You need to remove the back two mouse feet and then unscrew the 2 screws under them to open the mouse. Then in the middle of the top shell is the last screw. Unscrew it reposition the parts how you’d like and retighten. Then just put it back together
