After the clearance from the Government, police gave permission.
Later it got cancelled due to the crowd.
Police got pressure from the government to conduct a ceremony at Vidhana Soudha. So they gave clearance.

@MNVGowda true bro, even i was there at stadium. Full crowd , pushing from behind . Unable to breathe , unable to stand. Mainly no network inside the stadium , so there was no information about this incident. After coming out, got msgs from family about this incident.
