Horrible service by @Pepperfry . I recently bought a Aleandro LHS sofa from them and within 4 month of normal usage one of the leg breaks. When I called them they said it is not covered by warranty. They will not send the carpenter either to fix it. Pathetic!

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart my order is delayed. No clear response from CC. Canceling this order is simple but I have been waiting for long and this is Diwali time and I do not want to wait for refund and order again and wait..somehow take responsibility and fulfill this order.
