Pathetic customer service at @AkasaAir - Suitcase handle broken & there was no staff available to address the issue. @AkasaAir request immediate attention to this matter and seek compensation for the damages incurred. Email in detail sent to the airline.

I had sent many direct messages to @BajajAllianz because I try not to put things in the public domain. But we have been constantly harassed; through sms-es, whatsapp messages, emails and particularly through bot driven calls. I asked, as politely as I could, if this bombardment could stop. I was promised it would but it hasn't . So, @BajajAllianz we have told our insurance agent, an old family connection, that we will use any health insurance except #BajajAllianz. I wish I didn't have to put it in the public domain but many DMs have failed to get them to understand. I wish you well but I will never have anything to do with you again.
Response is given by airline - “we regret any inconvenience caused to you on this occasion. Please note that Akasa Air assumes no liability for normal wear and tear to Checked-in Baggage” - so means breaking entire handle is “normal wear and tear” pathetic @AkasaAir 😡😡
