@Jenny_1884 My classroom 50sq ft with 30 kids in with 2 south facing windows, max open 2in, no A/C, 1 fan, current temp 35° today and it’s only 25° at moment outside (no trees to sit under for shade outside) if it hits 39° thur my classroom will easily be 45°+ that is 113°F …that’s why.

@Kristinartz Yes fireplace in the lounge another in the dining room and what would now be called a wood stove in the kitchen 60’s/70’s and 3yrs ago I opened up my fireplace and 6 months of winter costs me £600ish where my electric heating is £400ish pcm. It’s a no brainer

@MandyLSimard Yes , usually about 4.30 in the morning around sunrise as I walk the dogs up the woods, they are hunting rabbits I also see deer and owls. Got to love living really rural ❤️
