Hi @TeamYouTube, my channel is monetized and earning revenue, but my AdSense for YouTube payout setup appears stuck in “set-up in progress” and my payments are on hold. Identity, tax, and address verification are completed, but I cannot access/add a payment method. Can someone please help me check my payouts profile? My channel is Harmony Speaks.

I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue with repeated copyright strikes being filed against my channel (HarmoniSpeaks).

A specific individual has submitted multiple takedown requests against my content, despite my videos being clearly transformed for commentary, criticism, and educational purposes. These videos are not reuploads—they include added voiceover, analysis, and original context.

What’s concerning is that these strikes continue to be processed automatically, even though my counter notifications are consistently accepted and my videos are restored within approximately 10–15 days.

This creates a harmful cycle where:
• My content is repeatedly removed
• My channel is placed at risk of termination due to accumulating strikes
• The claimant faces no visible consequences for repeated, unsuccessful claims

I was previously told to “deal with it” and wait for the videos to return, but this does not address the abuse of the reporting system or the risk to my channel in the meantime.

I am requesting:
1. A review of the repeated claims being submitted against my channel
2. Clarification on how YouTube is preventing misuse of the copyright system
3. Guidance on how to protect my channel from continued fraudulent or abusive takedown requests

I take copyright compliance seriously, but this situation appears to be targeted and repetitive, and it’s impacting my ability to operate my channel safely.

Please advise on next steps.

Thank you for responding. I’ve already submitted counter notifications on all claims. This appears to be a coordinated abuse of the copyright system targeting my channel (20+ strikes). I’m concerned about wrongful termination while this is under review. Can this be escalated urgently?
