Another takes that strategy + funding context and generates a more realistic marketing campaign.

Unjuno, you are correct! UHP defines the interface layer. Implementation-specific internal design remains with the teams building each harness (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Nous Research, etc.).

In this way, each harness retains the flexibility and creativity to design their own semantics, while app developers can leverage that innovation through a unified API compatible with UHP.
