Built an open-source tool for running AI agent harnesses directly inside spreadsheets.

Each column can run its own harness, use outputs from other columns as context, and pass its result to the next agent.

For this demo, we pulled 5 YC W25 companies into a sheet. One agent researches each company’s product and generates a marketing strategy.

Another takes that strategy + funding context and generates a more realistic marketing campaign.

If the required context is missing, the next task simply doesn’t run.

One agent generates a marketing strategy based on each company’s product. Another takes that strategy + how much the company has raised, and turns it into a funding-aware marketing campaign.

(No, it doesn’t suggest spending the entire funding round on marketing 😭)

Then I added our own company to the list.
Marketing budget: $1,000. Also came out some great suggestion!
