@ImposeCost Five years at a school running an IT team of 3 with a slim budget and nobody to escalate to shaped me in ways I still struggle to describe. It's really hard to train to develop these skills in a well resourced org. There's usually someone/thing who can do it better/faster, etc...

@arekfurt Until there is standardized tight coupling between ZT providers and SaaS, session stealing will be enabled and encouraged by ZT. Sessions minted via ZT should be invalid elsewhere.

@jfslowik @MaxRogers5 As cloud approaches parity of visibility and controls with on prem, the cloud value proposition is a lot less clear. Not to mention the capabilities and licensing seem an order of magnitude more volatile compared to on-prem security configs/software.

@ImposeCost When I ran a help desk I focused heavily on initial response time metrics. Other stuff matters but making someone feel heard and acknowledged is only possible within a small window of time.

@ImposeCost If you don't decide, it will be decided for you. Either by an external party or by you in a more tactical state of mind.

Better to decide what goes undone than allow things organically fall by the wayside.
