@virginmedia we recently got a new tv box, but I think the WiFi is faulty on it. It works but periodically the WiFi falls off (multiple times a day - it’s off now), but everything else attached to the WiFi is still working. Can I have a replacement?

@virginmedia It’s not the WiFi that drops, just the connection to the tv box. Everything else remains connected and no drop outs. Only the tv box.

@virginmedia No, just that they will text or email when they have looked at it remotely. The WiFi has reconnected to the tv box currently, but it does this throughout the day.

@virginmedia It’s not the WiFi, it’s the tv box connecting to the WiFi. I’m getting 300mbs in the room the tv box is in. I’ve spoken to customer service and they said that it will be up to 5 days for engineers to look at it remotely. I’m not hopeful.
