@DrVxD @Hayleymc88 You might be surprised Andy, I felt stronger almost instantly after fixing my knee & surprisingly didn't lose lot of fitness even tho I did far less than you for months. @marders was out for 10w last year, had 15w to train for Berlin and very nearly got a PB. It's not always bad.
