@VirginAtlantic Just got an email to pre-order my meal for my flight next week, do you guys use proofreaders? 😭

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@LNER why is the 12:03 KGX-LDS delayed please? Sat on it and haven’t heard anything

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@millsqleeds hi, do you know rough times of when each band will be on for the Busted gig on Thursday 11th please? Thanks

If you can afford a tablet for your toddler to have on a plane you can afford to buy some fucking headphones to go with it.

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@falloutboy Ok but can you upload Pavlove to Spotify/Apple music as well please

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@HiveHomeUK is there a phone number I can use to call someone please? I moved house and want to get Hive installed at my new place, online chat just timed me out after waiting in line for 25 minutes. Thanks

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@TheRangeUK I drove 40 miles to buy a tv stand from you today only to find out that there’s no screws in the package to put it together, what is the solution here please?

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@currys @CurrysServices hey, I had an order delivered yesterday, not the condition I expected my item to arrive in?

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@manypets_uk does anyone actually work in your call centre? I’m trying to cancel a policy that is due to renew tomorrow and been on hold since 9am

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@TPEassist 3 rush hour trains in a row cancelled from HUD - LDS this morning, how is that acceptable? What’s worse is that I checked at 10pm last night and the 07:01 was still running. It’s not good enough.

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@yorkracecourse what time is Craig David likely to finish on Saturday please?

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@yorkracecourse do you have any plans regarding transport on Saturday 29th July? Train strikes mean the last train from York is just after 4pm meaning a lot of people won’t be able to get home afterwards (myself included). Thanks

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@TPEassist hi, please can you advise when the timetables will be updated for the strike days in July? I have to travel on Saturday 29th and would like to know my options, thanks

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@gigsandtours I've sent you a DM regarding an urgent issue (the event is tonight), if you could take a look please. Thanks

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@charlm98 Hi, I have 2 standing tickets that I bought on twickets but now need to sell as I can’t go. Please message me :)

[Harriet @harrietweet]

@TwicketsUK I submitted some tickets this morning for an event this evening but they are still awaiting moderation, please can you advise when they will be approved? Thanks

[Harriet @harrietweet]

This is what happens when @TPEassist cancel multiple peak time services between Leeds and Huddersfield. Praying the service improves after 28th May when they lose their contract 🤞🏻
