@RoyalMailHelp I sent an item to a buyer in the Canary Islands 06/01/2023 still not arrived at its destination. There was return address in case of loss but not been returned. The online claims form is still not working and buyer wants money back.

@RoyalMailHelp Still having issues trying to complete the online claims form. Senders address is not working. Finds address once you enter postcode but does not fill the details in the boxes and does not allow it to be manual filled in.Then states missing information and does not allow progress

Just had the date through for Harrisons graduation. Delayed by a year due to covid. Am feeling emotional just thinking about it. I dread to think what I will be like on the day 😭😭😭. After everything he has been through, this will be his moment to shine and say FU Cancer ❤️‍🩹 xx
