Volunteer & speaker " Hearing dogs for Deaf people" with my 1st HD Pebbles & now “ the lovely Linus”. Fan of period dramas, beautiful countryside and walks.
A small “ paws for coffee” morning @HearingDogs@VolTeamHDogs@RachHearingDogs every little counts to raise funds for hearing dogs! Mum at nearly 89 is my best supporter and Granny to Linus my hearing dog
Thanks to @Stagetext@The_Globe and my assistance dog @HearingDogs I attended “ much ado about nothing”yesterday. Such a wonderful experience. Being deaf doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy Shakespeare!
One of the barriers people who are deaf or have hearing loss face every day is communication and this can make people feel isolated.
This is largely down to other people not being aware of how to best communicate, or perhaps not even being aware that these barriers even exist.
My grandpa who is 85 started making this rock map of Scotland in 1992.He collected rocks during amateur geology trips over 30 years. He says it had to be geologically correct and also aesthetically pleasing. He asked if I could share online as He wants to go viral so please share

Lots of other venues available also - have a look at the link below. We'll look forward to seeing you there.
@davidcoverdale I chose to train as a student nurse just down the road so I could walk there! Tinnitus now because I loved! Loved being in your choir! Unforgettable “ Hammy”!
Thank you @PetsAtHomeFdtn not only for this short video giving a glimpse into how our incredible hearing dogs are trained, but also for all of the funds raised so far in your Summer Fundraiser🐕🦺
